Michael Lyon, CEO
After assuming the company leadership responsibilities from his father, William L. Lyon, in January of 1974, Michael embraced his lifelong mission: grow the business and preserve the reputation, strength, and integrity of Lyon Real Estate.
Michael’s commitment to the Sacramento region is evident in his involvement in local industry and community organizations. He is currently Chairman of the MetroList Board, Chairman of the U.C. Davis Children’s Hospital Advisory Board, and a board member on the Executive Committee for the Sacramento Railroad Museum Foundation. As a well-recognized and respected resource for the real estate industry, he is often called upon to share his knowledge with the regional media.

Jean Li, President, CFO / COO
As president of Lyon Real Estate, Jean’s strong leadership skills turn long-term goals into solid action plans and ensure that the entire leadership team remains focused on results, communication, and perpetuating Lyon core values.
Jean began her career at Lyon as Controller in 1987 and she was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 1993. Before being named President in 2004, Jean worked closely with the Lyon family, management team, and agents as the company’s Senior Executive Vice President, managing operations and building a strong leadership platform that serves as the foundation of the company today.

Jim joined Lyon in 1990 as a top producing agent and has been a valuable contributor to the management team for more than a decade. A Life Member of the Sacramento Association of REALTORS® Masters Club, he holds a degree in business from California State University, Long Beach.

Kim Cipriano-Prior, Vice President Marketing and Referral Operations, Certified Relocation Professional™
Kim joined Lyon in 2000 as the Manager of the Home Services Division; she was quickly promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing Operations where she led the Marketing, Relocation and Business Development departments to success. In 2004, Kim was named Vice President, enabling her to continue her leadership of these departments, while increasing her impact on corporate strategy and marketshare. |

Barbara Bryant, Vice President of Finance
Barbara joined Lyon Real Estate in 2000. A licensed California CPA since 1985, Barbara’s experience includes positions as auditor and tax senior for Price Waterhouse, real estate-related accountancy with the Grupe Company, and finally, FPI where she was the VP of Syndication and Taxation. |
