Jean Li, CEO
As president of Lyon Real Estate, Jean’s strong leadership skills turn long-term goals into solid action plans and ensure that the entire leadership team remains focused on results, communication, and perpetuating Lyon core values.
Jean began her career at Lyon in 1987 and was appointed to COO/President in 2004. She received her Master’s Degree in Economics from Illinois State University and received her CPA license in Houston, Texas in 1985.
With a clear vision for Lyon and well defined strategies, Jean is committed not only to work with Lyon’s talented leadership team to provide the best service for their agents and customers, but also to make Lyon Real Estate the best work place for its employees.

Jim Waters, Senior Vice President
Jim joined Lyon in 1990 as a top producing agent and has been a valuable contributor to the management team for more than a decade. A Life Member of the Sacramento Association of REALTORS® Masters Club, he holds a degree in business from California State University, Long Beach. |

JaCi Wallace, Regional Sales Manager
JaCi has over thirteen years of real estate experience in residential real estate and has been with Lyon since 1997. As a REALTOR® JaCi was recognized as a Top Producer, Top Listing agent in the Sierra Oaks Office, and as a Senior Executive Associate Realtor. JaCi is an active member of the Sacramento Association of REALTORS®, and currently sits on the Pro-Standards Committee. JaCi is an Outstanding Life Member of Masters Club. JaCi previously was a canine police officer, and comes with the diverse people skills only the experience of a Law Enforcement background offers. She worked with both the West Sacramento PD and the Yolo County Sheriff's Dept. JaCi currently resides in Carmichael. “The Downtown office offers the community a diverse culture of Top Producing agents who believe in teamwork and a positive supportive attitude! Barbara Bryant, Vice President of Finance
Barbara joined Lyon Real Estate in 2000. A licensed California CPA since 1985, Barbara’s experience includes positions as auditor and tax senior for Price Waterhouse, real estate-related accountancy with the Grupe Company, and finally, FPI where she was the VP of Syndication and Taxation. |
